- Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to parcel delivery services provided by Skocia Cargo s.r.o. (registered office: Komenského 317/135, SK-943 01 Štúrovo, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) for parcel delivery services. By using the service, the user accepts these
terms and conditions. - Subject of the service
The Service Provider provides parcel delivery services domestically and internationally. - Order
Orders are placed using the form available on the website, where the user provides the personal data necessary for delivery (name, address, country, telephone number, e-mail address). - Data processing
The processing of personal data is described in the Data Processing Notice. - Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays resulting from force majeure. - Disputes
The parties shall attempt to settle any disputes amicably; if this proves unsuccessful, they may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
