  1. Introduction
    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to parcel delivery services provided by Skocia Cargo s.r.o. (registered office: Komenského 317/135, SK-943 01 Štúrovo, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) for parcel delivery services. By using the service, the user accepts these
    terms and conditions.
  2. Subject of the service
    The Service Provider provides parcel delivery services domestically and internationally.
  3. Order
    Orders are placed using the form available on the website, where the user provides the personal data necessary for delivery (name, address, country, telephone number, e-mail address).
  4. Data processing
    The processing of personal data is described in the Data Processing Notice.
  5. Liability
    The Service Provider shall not be liable for delays resulting from force majeure.
  6. Disputes
    The parties shall attempt to settle any disputes amicably; if this proves unsuccessful, they may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

    Data subjects have the right to access their data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and object to the processing of their data.
  6. Right to lodge a complaint
    If the data subject believes that the processing of their personal data violates the relevant legislation, they may lodge a complaint with the Slovak National Data Protection Authority.
